Important Bridal Package Notes
8 Months Prior to the Wedding Date
- Take Time to stop by and take a tour of our location to make sure we have everything you need and so that we can meet with you and answer any of your questions.
6 Months Prior to the Wedding Date
- Book all appointments for hair and make-up for yourself and your wedding party for the day of the wedding.
- Book your spa party.
- Book your trial for your hair and make-up. 2 months before the wedding date is suggested.
- At this time you will be requested to leave your credit card number with us to secure all your bookings. Our cancellation policy for wedding parties is one week prior to the date of the booking. Any cancellation with less than a week notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
2 Months Prior to the Wedding Date
- Trail hair and make-up
- Make sure to bring your head piece, and any jewellery you may be wearing and ideas of what you want to look like on your special day. Help us give you the look you expect. We want to make you happy.
Spa Party
- We suggest that you book you spa party 1 to 2 days before the wedding date.
- This is a good gift idea for your wedding party and guarantees that your wedding party looks their best for your special day.
- We suggest that you try not to schedule any other commitments on this day so that you and your party can take this opportunity to relax and spend some quality time together.
- During you spa party we can perform any of our relaxing services from manicures to facials to massage. Whatever you and your wedding party needs, we can deliver. We can even cater in a nice lunch, dinner or snacks. Just tell us what you need and we can take care of it.
- Sorry but no food or drink can be brought into the spa during your visit. We can provide any thing that you may need. Thank-you for your understanding and cooperation.
- Please remember that no cell phones or pagers are allowed in the spa during your visit to ensure a comfortable and relaxing setting for you and your wedding party along with other guests that may be in the spa at the time.
- Please note a 20% gratuity will automatically added to the final bill to reward the team for all their hard work and dedication shown to you and your party.
The Special Day
- Please arrive on time so that we can get you out on time. It will make for a less stressful day.
- Please remember that all members of the wedding party who are having up do’s should have their hair washed and dried prior to arriving at the salon and spa.
- Please make sure that all people having their make-up done arrive at the salon and spa with no make-up on and their skin moisturized with a proper moisturizer.
- Please note a 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill to reward the team for all their hard work and dedication shown to you, your bridal party, and any other loved ones that are with you today receiving salon or spa services.

Spa Party Special
Any wedding party of 6 or more people with each member receiving at least a Spa Manicure and Spa Pedicure will receive 10% off their services booked during the Spa Party.
